Jinder Mahal has spilled the beans on this major WWE trade secret.

Earlier this year on April 19th, former World Champion Jinder Mahal was let go by the Stamford-based promotion. However, after his release, ‘The Modern Day Maharaja’ found success on the indie circuit, and is the current Stu Hart Heritage Champion.

During his recent appearance on former WWE star Maven’s YouTube channel, Jinder Mahal aka Raj Dhesi opened up on a much-talked-about WWE trade secret. Fans have often witnessed superstars hiding and emerging from underneath the ring during WWE matches. Speaking during his appearance, Dhesi explained,

When we’re in a commercial break, in this case, it is a PPV, so maybe when there is a video package playing, all the lights in the arena go dark. Throughout the night, the ring crew is coming out to change something, generally you can sneak under there without anybody noticing. I’ve done that a bunch of times.”

He further explained how the superstars get the timing right, and what facilities they get during their time hiding there.

Underneath the ring, it is called a bed. There is a little mat there, and there is a gentleman by the name of Nick Daw who is under there with a monitor. They have got water bottles down there, they’ve got diet Cokes, Red Bulls. So you have your bed, you’ve got your monitor, and Nick actually has a headset to the producers.”

Over the years, fans often wondered how superstars executed the spot, and now they can finally sigh in relief.

In recent news, Jinder Mahal revealed how he felt disrespected by Vince McMahon following the main event of the 2017 Battleground pay-per-view.

Recently Jinder Mahal spoke about if he is open to signing a new pro wrestling contract.

Jinder Mahal Once Addressed The Rumors Of Him Joining AEW

Months after his exit, during an interview with SportsKeeda WrestleBinge, Jinder Mahal opened up on the prospect of him joining AEW. Discussing his plans, the former World Champion stated,

I haven’t talked to any major company yet. I’m on the independents, I’m working GCW right now, I got a whole bunch of other independent dates lined up. In the past two years, I haven’t wrestled that much, maybe like ten matches, which is not what I’m used to. So I want to get back into the mix, get my legs back, get used to bumping again, get acclimated, get in shape again, ring shape, and then we’ll go from there.

But anything is possible, anything is possible. I would love to go to TNA, AEW, New Japan, anywhere, or even just independents. I’m having a great time picking my own schedule, spending time with family, just enjoying time off.”
