Jim Ross, the legendary voice of professional wrestling, has shared an update on his health after what he described as a “challenging” week.
Ross, who currently works as a commentator for All Elite Wrestling, discussed his health on the latest edition of his Grilling JR podcast, as he has been sidelined for the past few weeks after suffering a fall.
Ross had this to say on his podcast:
“Had a rough week on my leg. I’m not changing, I’m just adding to doctors. It’s amazing. I went to my one doctor, he said I gotta get you to a specialist that could give you an antibiotic shot. I said, ‘Why can’t you do it?’ ‘That’s not what I do.’ I said you guy’s got a f*cking thiefdom. You recommend me to this guy, why can’t you do that? ‘I don’t do that.’ ‘Oh, okay.'”
“It’s been a challenging week, let’s say. I think we’ve made some improvement. We’ve got a good game plan, but I just needed a break. I needed a break in the action, so to speak, and move on. So, it’ll happen. I’ve got good doctors, good care, and if I don’t get the results that we’re looking for, I’ll go to the Mayo Clinic and start over.”
