Jim Cornette has high praise for Rhea Ripley and believes she’ll be on top of the company in a few short years.
Legendary wrestling manager Jim Cornette hasn’t been shy about his praise for The Judgment Day on Monday Night Raw, saying that everyone in the group looks like a star.
The faction has been a dominant force since Damian Priest aligned with Edge at WrestleMania 38, and they gained even more power when former Raw Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley joined the fold at WrestleMania Backlash.
Speaking on Jim Cornette’s Drive Thru, the WWE Hall of Famer had particular praise for Rhea Ripley and said that he believes she’ll end up being WWE’s top female star.
“She’ll be the No. 1 female star attraction in the business in 2-3 years, there’s almost no way around it.”
This isn’t the first time Cornette has praised the former Raw Women’s Champion, as over a year ago he was quoted as saying she should be the top woman in the company and he likened her to an “action star” and a “movie star.”
On the most recent episode of Monday Night Raw, Ripley once again faced Liv Morgan, and Morgan was able to score a victory over her former tag team partner. At Hell in a Cell, Morgan will team with AJ Styles and Finn Balor to take on the three members of The Judgment Day.
