Jey Uso has shown off his new tattoos on social media, including the finished version of his tribute to his late uncle, former WWE Intercontinental Champion, Umaga.
Back in July, Jey Uso revealed that he had added to his collection of tattoos with a touching tribute to his late uncle and WWE Superstar, Umaga. The tattoo on his shin was a recreation of the skull design Umaga had on his chest.
Now, Jey Uso has added a tribal design to the tattoo which goes all the way around the same leg. Additionally, the multi-time Tag Team Champion has had ink added to his tribal chest piece meaning that his entire chest is now covered as can be seen below.
Current Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns has previously spoken to Inked Magazine about the importance of tattoos in their family, and how it all revolves around Umaga:
“It all revolves around our cousin Eki – Umaga. At the time, he was a big WWE Superstar and he passed away way too early, but he was the one that was the fuel behind us getting tatted up.
“He had this lady back in Pensacola that was kind of hooking him up, giving him a little bit of a discount here and there, and he was getting a lot of work done at the time.”
The Bloodline recently added another member of the family to the group as The Usos’ younger brother, Solo Sikoa interfered in Reigns’ title defence against Drew McIntyre at Clash at the Castle, helping him retain the belts and extend his reign into its third year.
