Jey Uso Gives His Thoughts On What's Next For The Bloodline After WrestleMania 40

Jey Uso has commented on the other story in WWE that needs to be addressed.

The main event of WrestleMania 40 saw Cody Rhodes defeat Roman Reigns in a Bloodline Rules match to become the new Undisputed Champion. The chaotic match saw multiple members of The Bloodline get involved and subsequently neutralised, including Jey Uso taking out his brother Jimmy Uso by spearing him off the stage.

As Rhodes celebrated with the title and his story was complete, the next story would begin at the Raw after WrestleMania. However, after such a devastating loss, what is next for The Bloodline? Although Michael Cole would respond to this on the night with “Who gives a damn”, it will be curious to see how the faction as a collective and individually react to the loss and what their plans are moving forward.

Jey Uso, who was a part of The Bloodline at the previous WrestleMania, was asked about his thoughts on his family while appearing on The Bump. Uso admitted that while it was strange to not see a PLE end the way it normally did with Reigns standing tall, there is still a lot more to tell in The Bloodline Saga:

“It’s crazy because it’s over now. Even the reign, seeing [Roman] walk off with no belt, he’s usually the one closing the show, right. He’s the one with the big pyro. But we all gonna have to get used to it. Seeing all the greats out there. Standing out there with John Cena, I was low-key looking at John Cena like, ‘Man, you’re here.’ I’m like, Randy’s here. There goes ‘Yeah’ LA Knight. I’m just being a fan, too.

But I feel like the story’s still getting written. You know what I’m saying? I don’t think it’s ending. To be honest, I think we just getting started. For real, I’m excited to see how it unfolds, and I’m excited for the people to go on a ride with us. They deserve that,”

Jey Uso Victorious At WrestleMania

For the first time in 15 years, a brother vs. brother match took place at WrestleMania. As Jimmy and Jey battled it out on night one, “Main Event” Jey Uso ultimately stood tall when all was said and done, despite nearly being suckered in by his brother. Ahead of the match taking place, The Usos’ father Rikishi gave his thoughts on how he wanted to see the match play out.

In recent news, Jey Uso became the number-one contender for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship on Raw.
