WWE have announced that ‘The Tribal Chief’ Roman Reigns will make Jey Uso face the consequences of his Hell in a Cell loss on Friday’s edition of SmackDown.

In an official announcement, WWE said:

“At the conclusion of Friday Night SmackDown last week, Universal Champion Roman Reigns laid out the extremely serious consequences that his cousin Jey Uso would face if and when he lost in their Universal Title Hell in a Cell “I Quit” Match. Paul Heyman echoed this sentiment prior to WWE Hell in a Cell, stating that Uso would essentially become an “indentured servant.”

After Jey was forced to say “I quit” in order to save his brother Jimmy on Sunday, what will happen next between him and his cousin? Will Jey finally pay the consequences for losing to Reigns? Find out tomorrow at 8/7 C on FOX.”

As per the statement, prior to WWE Hell in a Cell last Sunday, the WWE Universal Champion laid down the law to his cousins and promised that if Jey quit inside the devil’s playground then he and brother Jimmy would either tow the line or be exiled from the family forever.

Paul Heyman, Roman’s special council, added that were Jey to follow orders and fall in line alongside his dominant bloodline then he would become an indentured servant, doing the bidding of ‘The Head of the Table.’

Despite his best efforts and a mauling at the hands of Reigns at Hell in a Cell, which included being knocked unconscious thanks to a drive-by into the steel steps that also cracked his head against the ring post, Jey was forced to utter the words “I Quit” when he awoke to find a helpless Jimmy locked in the Guillotine Choke.

At the conclusion of the bout, Roman was joined by The Wild Samoans – Afa and father Sika – on the stage and crowned the Anoa’i family’s Tribal Chief in a haunting moment in time.

The time for Jey and Jimmy Uso to decide their fate has arrived. Do they bow down to the authority of Roman Reigns? Or allow the WWE Universal Champion to cast them into the wild to fend for themselves?

Inside the Ropes will have live coverage of WWE Friday Night SmackDown.
