Jesse Ventura Offers “A Few Thoughts” On The New WWE Regime Following Recent Return

Jesse Ventura Offers

Jesse Ventura has been very complimentary of the new WWE management following his recent return.

As the Hall of Famer famously said upon confirming that he was back with the company, hell had frozen over as Jesse Ventura was once again a member of the WWE family. Shortly after his return was made official, it was announced that Ventura would be appearing at the returning Saturday Night’s Main Event and serving as a special guest announcer.

With Vince McMahon no longer running the show, the company looks very different behind the scenes compared to the previous regime. Writing about his experiences at the show on his Substack, Ventura was very positive about the collaborative efforts backstage and in particular the work that Triple H and Nick Khan are doing:

A few thoughts on the new regime at the WWE. The biggest thing I noticed was how different the energy and vibe is backstage. You don’t feel a battle of ego’s like you often did back in my day. From the executive level to the locker room level you instead feel a very strong sense of teamwork and creativity. Everyone is running in the same direction. Fueled by a desire to see everyone succeed, not just themselves. I think this speaks volumes about the leadership of Paul “HHH” Levesque.

I think Paul, Nick Khan, and the team at WWE are creating a truly incredible and unique environment unlike any I have seen before in the world of wrestling.

I loved being backstage and sharing stories, advice, and laughs with some of this generations new talent.

In a previous interview, Jesse Ventura also confirmed that he would be returning to future Saturday Night’s Main Event specials. The next show will take place on January 25th.

Jesse Ventura Clarifies Rumoured Beef With Hulk Hogan

Ventura has been very vocal about his issues with Hulk Hogan over the years after it was revealed that Hogan was the one who informed McMahon of Ventura’s intentions of forming a wrestler’s union shortly before WrestleMania 2. Ahead of his return at Saturday Night’s Main Event, the Hall of Famer addressed his issues with Hulk Hogan and how he feels about the former World Champion in the present day.
