Jeff Hardy looks set to miss AEW Dynamite Road Rager following his recent DUI related arrest.

On the special Road Rager edition of AEW Dynamite on June 15th Jeff Hardy was due to team with his brother Matt to take on the Young Bucks and Jurassic Express for the AEW World Tag Team Titles.

However, just days before the show, Hardy was arrested in the early hours of Monday June 13th.

According to Volusia County jail records, Hardy was charged with Driving While License Canceled/Suspended/Revoked, Violation of Restrictions Placed on Drivers License, and DUI Alcohol/Drugs Third Offense within 10 Years.

It has been reported by Marc Raimondi, via Hardy’s Florida Highway Patrol arrest report, that his car was “swerving” and “running off” the road. Upon being pulled over, Hardy was said to be “in a stupor and confused.”

After getting out of the car, Hardy was unsteady and smelled of alcohol. Officers confirmed after conversation that he had been drinking. The report states that he couldn’t complete any portion of the sobriety exercises successfully, or “without risk of falling.”

Officers administered two breath tests on the former World Champion, his first sample read read 0.294 of blood-alcohol content, while his second read 0.291. The legal limit to drive in Florida is .08.

Hardy is set to appear before a judge on June 14th at 1.30pm. The AEW star is currently being held at the James Foxman Justice Center in Daytona Beach, Florida.

While there has yet to be any official comment from AEW regarding Hardy, the Three-Way Ladder Match he was due to appear in is no longer being advertised. On AEW’s official Twitter account, the graphic showing the matches for the upcoming episode now doesn’t feature the Ladder Match.

In addition, it has been reported by Lucha Blog that Hardy is highly unlikely to be appearing at TripleMania Tijuana on Saturday June 18th.
