Jeff Hardy Arrested In Florida

Jeff Hardy was arrested in Volusia County, Florida early Monday morning (June 13th).

AEW star Jeff Hardy has found himself in legal hot water after he was arrested early on June 13th for DUI.

According to Volusia County jail records, Hardy was charged with Driving While License Canceled/Suspended/Revoked, Violation of Restrictions Placed on Drivers License, and DUI Alcohol/Drugs Third Offense within 10 Years.

Hardy is set to appear before a judge on June 14th at 1.30pm. The AEW star is currently being held at the James Foxman Justice Center in Daytona Beach, Florida.

The tag team legend was most recently arrested in October 2019 where he was charged with Driving while Impaired.

Jeff Hardy is currently scheduled to appear on the June 15th edition of AEW Dynamite, titled Road Rager. On he show, Hardy is due team with his brother Matt to take on the Young Bucks and Jurassic Express in a three-way Ladder Match with the AEW World Tag Team Titles on the line.

After Jeff Hardy was pulled from a recent episode of AEW Dynamite, his tag team partner Matt revealed that he “didn’t remember” their match at Double or Nothing against the Young Bucks after he as almost knocked out.

Although still pulling off all of his signature spots and more, the face-painted daredevil didn’t appear to be moving smoothly during the match and was removed from the following episode of Dynamite.
