Former two-time WWE Women’s Champion Jazz has named the person she would want to induct her if she was ever entered into the WWE Hall of Fame.
Jazz competed in WWE from 2001 to 2004 where she faced several WWE Hall of Famers including Lita, Trish Stratus, Molly Holly, and Jacqueline. Jazz’s first run as Women’s Champion came in April 2002 when she defeated Stratus for the gold. Over a year later that scenario was repeated when Jazz once again won the title from Stratus at Backlash 2003.
Speaking to The Angle Pod, Jazz discussed potentially taking her place in WWE’s Hall of Fame. For Jazz, it’s something she’d like to be a part of while she’s still here to see it, and also named the person she’d want to be inducted by.
“Me being a Hall of Famer for WWE, I don’t know. I mean I don’t know if that will ever happen. I just want to say this. If it’s ever going to happen, do it while I’m alive. Don’t wait until I’m dead and gone. I would like to be there and share that moment with my kids. Don’t bring my kids up on the stage with tears in their eyes wishing their mom was there to receive this. Give me my flowers while I live. Don’t let me die and be forgotten about and then oh yea here. If it were to happen, I would love to be inducted by Paul Heyman.”
As Jazzmine, she got her break in the wrestling business by joining ECW which was headed by Heyman. While there she joined The Impact Players alongside Lance Storm, Justin Credible, and Jason Knight, ultimately leaving the company before it filed for bankruptcy.
Most recently Jazz competed in IMPACT Wrestling where she recently lost a title vs. career match against IMPACT’s Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo.
