Jay White Returns From Injury On AEW Dynamite 10/02; Attacks Former World Champion

Jay White makes AEW in-ring debut on Dynamite

After months of absence, Jay White has finally returned to AEW from his injury.

On the 5th anniversary show of Dynamite on 2nd October, former World Champion Adam Page faced Juice Robinson of The Bang Bang Gang in a violent match. After Page earned the victory, things started to turn sour for Robinson when help arrived.

Fans in the Petersen Events Center in Pittsburg were treated with a returning Jay White. ‘The Switchblade’ launched an ambush on Adam Page, and brutally attacked him. Their fight continued into the crowd, as White concluded the segment by dropping Page on a wooden table.

Back in July, Page defeated White during the Owen Hart Foundation 2024 Men’s Tournament Semi-Final, after which he suffered an injury. White returned to resume his halted feud with ‘The Hangman’.

Although reports of his recovery kept emerging for some time, White took his time to recover and finally arrived on Dynamite’s 5th anniversary. Now, after almost three months, The Bang Bang Gang is whole again.

After defeating Adam Page at WrestleDream, Jay White sent a warning to the AEW locker room, saying he was coming for someone else he blames for derailing his path to the World Title.

AEW Star Sammy Guevara Injured Ahead Of Dynamite 10/02

During an ROH taping match between Sammy Guevara and Serpentico ahead of Dynamite’s 5th anniversary, fans witnessed the former TNT Champion land in an awkward position.

While attempting a mid-air cutter on his opponent, ‘The Spanish God’ mistimed the move and landed underneath Serpentico. Sammy Guevara was allegedly knocked out and had to be carried out on a stretcher.

We wish Sammy Guevara a speedy and steady recovery.
