The TBS Championship will be on the line in Chicago at All Out as Jade Cargill issued a challenge that was answered on AEW Rampage.
Jade Cargill is undefeated in her AEW career, building a 35-0 record that saw her capture the TBS Championship in January 2022. Since then Cargill has defended her title on ten occasions against the likes of Marina Shafir, The Bunny, Anna Jay, and Madison Rayne.
On Rampage, Jade Cargill issued a challenge for Athena – the former Ember Moon in WWE – to face her at All Out. As Cargill invited Athena to “get these hands,” Athena answered, jumping the champion leading to the two being separated by security.
By the end of the night, the match was announced as official with Athena getting her first title shot since becoming All Elite.
