Tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown confirmed Jacob Fatu’s next rivalry.
Jacob Fatu is perhaps the most exciting superstar in the WWE locker room. Although it has been just about a year since he joined the Stamford-based promotion, he has quickly become a fan favorite. This, in turn, has seen him quickly rise to the top, to the point where he is now United States Champion on SmackDown.
With the title, though, comes a target on his back, and tonight, his next mega feud was revealed. Damian Priest had a night to remember at Saturday Night’s Main Event, as he defeated Drew McIntyre in a Steel Cage match. Now, he is looking towards bigger and better things, and that happens to be Jacob Fatu.
Tonight on SmackDown, The Archer of Infamy came out and addressed what the future holds for him. His vision was pretty straightforward. He wants the United States Championship, and that means he has the Samoan Werewolf in his sights.

It will be interesting to see just when and where this feud begins. While there is no answer to those two questions, one thing is for sure: it will be an epic feud and a battle for the ages.
Damian Priest claims he has respect for Jacob Fatu
Damian Priest versus Jacob Fatu is sure to be a heated rivalry, but it is clear that it will be based on respect. While Priest was adamant that he wanted to win the United States Championship, he also made known the immense respect he has for the current champion.
He claimed that he understands where Fatu comes from and how hard he has worked to get to where he is. However, he also stated that he respects The Samoan Werewolf as an individual, but does not like the superstars he has associated himself with and follows around.
The level of respect between the two was seen as Priest walked out of the arena, and the two shared a glance, and hopefully, this will remain once their rivalry begins.
