The Elite are officially set to return at this Saturday’s AEW Full Gear pay-per-view event.
Being away from All Elite Wrestling (AEW) for over two months due to their AEW All Out suspension, The Elite (Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks) are now officially set to make their comeback to the promotion, and this would come after their faces were actually seen in an AEW Full Gear graphic on the November 16, 2022 episode of AEW Dynamite.
The Elite Will Go For The AEW World Trios Tag Team Titles At Full Gear
Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks didn’t show up physically on Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite, but they did make an appearance on the screen.
After Death Triangle took out Top Flight and AR Fox, Pac would take to the microphone and address the rumors of Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks coming back. Shortly after, a graphic popped up promoting an AEW World Trios Tag Team Championship match at Full Gear, with Death Triangle being on one side and the other being empty — that was until The Elite fizzled into the graphic, making the championship match for this Saturday official between Death Triangle and The Elite.
In the past few weeks, AEW has been teasing the return of Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks with multiple vignettes.

Back in September at AEW All Out, Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks were named the inaugural AEW World Trios Champions, however, they would get into a backstage fight with CM Punk following his media scrum comments after the show. As a result, All Elite Wrestling would suspend both sides of Punk and The Elite, with Punk losing his AEW World Championship and The Elite losing their AEW World Trios Championship.
Neither have been seen since the All Out pay-per-view, however, Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks’ status is about to change with the group making their return to AEW Full Gear this Saturday.
