Lady Frost has become the latest IMPACT Wrestling star to depart the promotion in 2022, having requested a release from her contract.
A plethora of talent has departed IMPACT Wrestling in 2022, from Rohit Raju and Jake Something to Brandi Lauren and Rachael Ellering, and now it seems they’ve been joined by Lady Frost.
‘The Coolest Wrestler You’ll Ever Meet’ tweeted on Thursday evening that she had asked for her release from the Anthem-helmed promotion, thanking EVP Scott D’Amore and Gail Kim for the opportunities that had been presented to her. She’d been announced by as an official knockout just six months ago.
I have officially asked for my release from @IMPACTWRESTLING
I want to thank the incredible fans, staff, and locker room, as well as @ScottDAmore and @gailkimITSME for the opportunities given to me. Thank you for a great experience.

Fightful Select was first to report the signing of Lady Frost to IMPACT Wrestling on 11 November, with Frost having previously been offered a deal from both IMPACT and the NWA a couple of months prior. She’d made appearances for both, competing in the Knockouts Knockdown tournament last October.
Although she made history by participating in the inaugural knockouts Ultimate X match at Hard To Kill, Lady Frost hasn’t been used by the company since their Multiverse of Matches event on 1 April. As of late, she’s been dealing with an undisclosed injury.
Her departure marks the latest IMPACT star to leave the company in 2022, though it seems none have left on bad terms. W. Morrissey, JONAH, Willie Mack, The IInspiration, and commentator Matt Striker have all left for pastures new, as well as the aforementioned Rohit Raju, Jake Something, Brandi Lauren, and Rachael Ellering.
