Let it never be said that Drew McIntyre isn’t passionate about professional wrestling. On this week’s RAW Talk, the two-time WWE Champion would accidentally swear while cutting a promo on Sheamus, before profusely apologising for dropping the F-bomb.
The moment, which you can see below, was perfectly handled by 24/7 Champion R-Truth and new broadcasting recruit Kevin Patrick.
“It would have been simple, just ask me! Just bloody as me! You’re my best friend. You want to do that live on RAW, sever our friendship, all that f***…”
The Scotsman would immediately stop in his tracks, looking rather embarrassed before apologising and asking to be bleeped, to which R-Truth his back with, “We’re PG. BLEEP!” – echoed by Patrick in the host’s seat.
Truth would vamp to allow McIntyre to regain his composure, with the former WWE Champion adding:
“I’m Scottish. I’m so sorry. Sometimes I get carried away. You can see exactly where I’m at right now. I’m as passionate as you can possibly be. This Sunday, we’re going into a match, we’re going to rip each other apart. And I apologise for my language. I’m not that guy usually but this is a situation – I’ve been pushed over the edge.”

Drew McIntyre will look to become a three-time WWE Champion in the space of just over one year when the Scotsman faces off against Bobby Lashley in a WWE Championship match at WrestleMania. Before the Show of Shows, though, McIntyre has a familiar opponent in Sheamus when the two warriors clash for the third time in as many weeks at Fastlane.
McIntyre had the best seat in the house during RAW as he watched his two future foes do battle in the main event of Monday Night RAW. Full results are available here.
