Sasha Banks has spoken out about her first cousin Snoop Dogg’s Infamous splash recently on AEW Dynamite.
On the January 6 episode of AEW Dynamite, Snoop Dogg was a special guest of the show, performing a remixed version of Cody Rhodes’ theme song and then being in the corner for Cody for his match against Matt Sydal.
Following the match, Snoop got in on the action, performing a death-defying top rope splash on to El Serpentico. The splash wasn’t exactly perfect, but current SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks is willing to put in the training with Snoop to make that splash 5 stars.

Asking Sasha about the spot, she responded:
I saw him two weeks before he did that, and he was talking how he wanted to do a splash. Now, I wasn’t thinking the splash was going to look like that!…But, he called me right after and cracked up laughing and asking if I was proud.
I was like, ‘Dude, if you had fun, that’s all that matters.’
He couldn’t believe it. I mean look at him, he’s so frickin’ tall. He was hella smooth. We still got time [to train]. I wanna do matches with him and want him as my tag team partner for a WrestleMania. We have time. I got time to train him. That splash…Is going to be five stars, ok!
With Snoop currently over on AEW, it’s unlikely we will see a mixed-tag match with Sasha & Snoop anytime soon, but it’s intriguing to hear that the partnership is something Sasha wants to get together at some point on the Grandest Stage of them All.
