Hulk Hogan might be one of the biggest stars that professional wrestling has ever produced, but in recent years his stock among fans has fallen dramatically.
The tipping point for many came when Hogan was filmed using racist language. The comments which were made on a 2007 sex tape were brought to light in 2015 and the star’s contract with WWE was terminated.
Since the controversy, Hogan returned to WWE in 2018 and has continued to make sporadic appearances. However, on his most recent outing for the company as host of WrestleMania 37 he was heavily booed.
Hulk Hogan Coming To Raw
After Ric Flair inadvertently broke the news, WWE have now confirmed that Hulk Hogan will be part of the 30th anniversary celebrations for Monday Night Raw. On the January 20th episode of Monday Night Raw, Hogan featured in a new commercial for the episode. The graphic at the end showed an updated list of WWE legends advertised for the show. This included Hogan, The Godfather, Alundra Blayze, Jimmy Hart, Diamond Dallas Page, Ted DiBiase and Mike Rotunda.
They will join a number of legends who had already been confirmed. You can find the list below.
- Ric Flair
- Kurt Angle
- Shawn Michaels
- Ron Simmons
- Road Dogg
- Sean Waltman
- Teddy Long

The show will also feature a huge Cage Match between Bayley and Becky Lynch. The Man laid down the challenge to her rival on the January 16th episode of the show after the pair traded insults in the ring.
“Every generation” of The Bloodline will be in attendance for a special ‘Acknowledgement Ceremony’ for Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. It will be a busy night for The Usos as they will be defending their Raw Tag Team Titles against The Judgment Day.
