A big stipulation has been added to The Young Bucks and FTR’s Tag Team Title match at AEW Dynasty.
At Revolution, Sting & Darby Allin successfully defended the Tag Team Championships against The Young Bucks in Sting’s final match. After the event, the titles were declared vacant and a tournament was announced to crown the new champions, with the final taking place at Dynasty on April 21st.
The Bucks reached the final with wins over Private Party and Best Friends, while FTR overcame The Infantry and Top Flight to secure their spot in the bout. With this being the fourth match in the two teams’ long-running series, it was announced on the April 13th edition of Collision that the final will now be a Ladder Match.

On the April 10th episode of Dynamite, in an attempt to get under the skin of FTR and make excuses for their loss against the team in their last encounter, Matthew and Nicholas Jackson aired footage of the fight between CM Punk and Jack Perry at All In. FTR are well-known friends of Punk, but in response to the footage, they said it was time to move on and leave the incident in the past.
