HOOK Issues Warning To Samoa Joe On AEW Collision

HOOK and Samoa Joe

HOOK has put Samoa Joe on notice.

At Worlds End, Samoa Joe ended MJF’s World Championship reign after over 400 days. While the victory has put Joe at the top of the pile in the company, it has also painted a massive target on his back as the top stars in the company will now set their sights on dethroning the Samoan Submission Machine.

One of those men has now made their intentions clear as HOOK sent a warning on Collision. Referencing his career 43-3 winning record, the FTW Champion claimed many would agree that it was time he went after another title and made it clear he wanted the gold around Joe’s waist.

“Here’s the deal, my win percentage is second to none in this company. I think many would agree, it’s time for HOOK to get after another championship.

“I’ve got my crosshairs set on you. I’ve been watching you with a close eye from a young age due to personal connections.

Samoa Joe, I’m coming for you and your World Title.”

Although HOOK does have an impressive winning percentage, fans have been quick to point out that this is a big leap for the young star as he has only been wrestling for a little over two years and has less than 50 matches under his belt.

However, despite his young age, he has quickly become one of the most popular stars in All Elite Wrestling, and some would say this moment has been a long time coming.

In regards to Samoa Joe, the World Champion wants to see the drama in AEW fade away.

Samoa Joe To Introduce New World Championship

Following his victory over MJF, Samoa Joe wants to put the Salt of the Earth’s reign firmly in the past. Part of this will be to throw the star’s custom ‘Triple B’ version of the World Championship “in the garbage” and introduce a new title belt for his new era of All Elite Wrestling.
