“Here’s to a New Beginning” – Bianca Belair Gets Emotional on WWE Smackdown; Return Date Revealed

Bianca Belair made an appearance during the latest episode of WWE SmackDown via a video package. The star is currently out with an injury.

The EST of WWE has been out of action since breaking her fingers during her Triple Threat match against Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY at Night 2 of WrestleMania 41. The star revealed on the SmackDown after ‘Mania that she would be off to heal her broken fingers. Belair was also deeply hurt after it was revealed that Naomi was the one who attacked her tag team partner, Jade Cargill. The betrayal seems to have stayed with the star as she revealed during her promo, where she was visibly upset and emotional.

Bianca Belair appeared to cut a promo where she stated that “change was the only constant” and that she had been hit from every direction. The star also vowed to start again.

“These past six months have been the most uncomfortable, difficult, challenging, frustrating times of my career. Losing championships, losing friendships, losing my first match at ‘Mania, on top of that, getting injured. It’s been rough. […] I have been hit from every direction but I am still standing. I’m healing here [fingers], and I am healing here [heart] and I am going to heal stronger and wiser. So here’s to a new beginning.”

WWE announced Bianca Belair’s return date

Following the promo, WWE made a huge announcement to reveal when Bianca Belair would return to the company. The star will return to action on the next episode of SmackDown, dated May 30, 2025.
