The presence of several Hall of Famers graced WWE Bad Blood.
The PLE began with a solid opening match between CM Punk and Drew McIntyre and followed it up with two other spectacular matches between Nia Jax vs Bayley, and Finn Balor vs Damian Priest. While CM Punk won the victory in his match after a bloodied encounter, Jax and Priest also won their respective matches.
The night began as the promotion showed Goldberg’s presence, and followed it up with the presence of several other Hall of Famers. Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard were also present at the show, and their appearance was announced last night.
Other names such as Rick and Scott Steiner, Booker T, Madusa, Diamond Dallas Page, Goldberg, Sean Waltman, and Jacqueline Moore were also present at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. Former Women’s Champion and Nick Aldis’ wife, Mickie James was also present at the show.
Later in the night, fans also saw World Heavyweight Champion Gunther get into a heated argument with Goldberg. Hall of Famer Triple H also appeared during the show and introduced the Crown Jewel Championship.
Drew McIntyre Failed To End CM Punk’s Career At WWE Bad Blood
Before the PLE, Drew McIntyre promised to end CM Punk’s career at Bad Blood. However, the opening match of the night saw a different result. After a violent and bloodied match, The Second City Saint came out victorious.
Both the men took each other to literal hell inside the cell, however, in the end, Punk wrapped his knee with a steel chain and dropped The Scottish Psychopath with a GTS before pinning him.
Fans will have to wait and see what is next in line for both men.
