Hangman Adam Page has returned to AEW after a two-month absence, returning during the Dynamite Anniversary special to win the second-ever Casino Ladder Match!
In the show’s brutal Casino Ladder Match main event, Hangman Page made his AEW return as the mystery Joker entrant, facing off against Jon Moxley, Lance Archer, Andrade El Idolo, PAC, Orange Cassidy and Matt Hardy for a future shot at the AEW World Championship. The match eventually came down to Page and Moxley with the latter knocking the former off the ladder, allowing him to retrieve the chip suspended above the ring!
This marks Hangman Page’s first appearance in AEW since Fight For The Fallen in July where he and The Dark Order failed to defeat The Elite in a 10-man tag. Had Page and The Dark Order been victorious, they would have each received world and tag title matches respectively. Following the loss Page disappeared from AEW programming, leaving The Dark Order in disarray.
