A Hall of Famer has opened up on how TNA has recently benefited from WWE.
Over the past few months, fans have witnessed a collaboration between the two promotions as stars began performing on the two shows. Most notably, when Joe Hendry competed for the NXT Championship, and Jordynne Grace went for the Women’s Championship. The partnership continued at the latest NXT 2300 arena event when Grace performed in a ten-woman tag team match.
Commenting on the working relationship between the two promotions, Hall of Famer Bubba Ray Dudley during a virtual signing with Signed By Superstars shared that the collaboration has helped TNA “tremendously“.
I like the crossover with NXT and TNA. I think it has helped TNA out tremendously.”
The collaboration has helped Total Nonstop Action gain significant exposure and its stars a bigger stage to perform and showcase their craft.
Dudley has enjoyed an illustrious run both at TNA and the Stamford-based promotion, where he won multiple championships both as singles and tag-team wrestler. He was recently present during the NXT 2300 arena show suffering a defeat alongside Trick Williams against the team of Ridge Holland and Ethan Page.
