Hall Of Famer Says WWE 2K25 Rating Is “Way Off The Mark”

First Details Officially Announced For WWE 2K25

One WWE Hall of Famer doesn’t believe his rating in WWE 2K25 is accurate.

WWE 2K25 was released on March 14th, giving fans a chance to play the latest edition in the long-running WWE 2K franchise. Superstar ratings for WWE 2K25 were released back in February, with Booker T being rated overall at an 85. However, the star’s 2001 model was rated just 77, and speaking on the latest edition of his Hall of Fame podcast, he made it clear he didn’t agree with the rating.

“77, that’s way off the mark. Yeah, that’s way off the mark. Again, it’s whether they like you or not a lot of times. It can be personal, it’s a personal thing sometimes.”

When cohost Brad Gilmore mentioned the fact that ECW star The Sandman has an overall rating of 86, Booker responded:

“You know what, it is [messed up]. It really is on so many levels. But, one thing about my character being 85, it can normally beat everyone on the roster [laughs].”

“I Should Have Been No Less Than 90 In ’01” – Booker T On WWE 2K25 Rating

Continuing, Booker spoke about his 2001 rating once again. After pointing out that he was a double champion that year, he speculated that the rating is the result of popularity and not actual accomplishments.

“I should’ve been no less than 90 in 01’. Again, I’ve been getting the short end of the stick for quite a while with a lot of these people like that. They’re fanboying out, they vote for their favorite wrestlers, not the best. Look, I get it. I get it, alright?”

After its early release date on March 7th, WWE 2K25 responded to the numerous bugs and issues found in the game.
