Grayson Waller Fires Back At Dwayne Johnson On WWE SmackDown

Grayson Waller on WWE SmackDown

After dancing with John Cena and Edge in recent weeks, Grayson Waller has now taken aim at The Rock.

Waller made his in-ring main roster debut against Edge on July 7th at Madison Square Garden. On social media after the show, Waller was quick to draw comparisons between himself and a WWE legend who also debuted at the famous venue, The Rock.

The pair went on to trade shots on Twitter, but Waller took things one step further on SmackDown. The Aussie star reflected on his match with Edge in a backstage segment, before turning his attention to The Great One.

“I’m not surprised. If I had longer than 15 minutes to get ready, I would have beaten him, too, but that’s okay because I swam so much that now everyone’s talking about Grayson Waller, including The Rock, ‘The Great One’ himself. Every single week, his family is imploding right in front of him every week on SmackDown, but he’s worried about me, and I know he’s desperate for the Grayson Waller rub. If he wants more of my clout, he knows where to find me.”

Dwayne Johnson Scoffs At “Outback Jack Off” Grayson Waller

Grayson Waller’s comments came after The Rock responded to him mocking his ring gear from his WWE debut back at Survivor Series in 1996.

“Man you’re right! That outfit was so cringe. Here’s what’s more cringe – the fact you look and sound like you dropped out of some jabroni’s balloon knot. Nice haircut, you Outback Jack Off. Ps, my cringe debut outfit was all @TripleH’s idea”

Wrestling under the name Rocky Maivia, Dwayne Johnson became the first-ever third-generation wrestler to compete in WWE when he made his debut.
