Goldberg Names The 5 WWE Stars He Is Most Impressed With

Details Emerge On Goldberg’s 2025 WWE Retirement Match

Goldberg has revealed his list of five WWE stars he is impressed with.

One of the greatest sports entertainers of all time, Goldberg has enjoyed a celebrated career. Transitioning from the NFL and establishing himself as one of the biggest names in wrestling, the former Universal Champion, while eyeing his retirement match, has also enjoyed several successful feuds against some of the top stars.

Absent from pro-wrestling for several years now, Goldberg had last wrestled at Elimination Chamber 2022 against Roman Reigns. While away from in-ring action, the former Universal Champion has kept himself updated about the current roster.

During his latest interview on The Claw podcast, the Hall of Famer named the five WWE stars that have impressed him the most.

Goldberg began by praising Rollins’ growth in the industry, followed by heaping praise on Randy Orton’s legacy and Cody Rhodes. While all three initial names are some of the biggest entities in pro-wrestling, his list concluded with Logan Paul and Bron Breakker.

Logan Paul, I mean to be able to come in and not be someone from the business, and be able to pick it up so quickly and be innovative at the same time. You know, I was new, I was from the outside. I understand it and that’s what it makes it such an accomplishment. Personally, I don’t know the dudes that well, but professionally, I look at it objectively and pass my judgment. Hey, Steiner’s kid(Bron Breakker), doing freaking unbelievable.”

Logan Paul is now scheduled to be in a tag-team match against Jey Uso and Cody Rhodes alongside John Cena at the upcoming Money in the Bank PPV, while Bron Breakker finds himself in a faction with Seth Rollins.

Goldberg Discusses His Current Relationship With Brock Lesnar

In the same interview on The Claw podcast, Goldberg opened up on his relationship with Brock Lesnar.

You know, Brock(Lesnar) and I have always been the same. You know, We’re very cordial. We respect each other exponentially, I believe. Brock is a different animal, man, I mean literally. He is a competitive human being that never turns himself off. And, we all know him, I mean everybody knows him on a different level. But we are good friends, man. We don’t keep in contact that much because he is a recluse. His enjoyment is keeping away from the human race. I respect that exponentially.”
