Gable Steveson Removed From WWE NXT Roster

Dave Meltzer revealed that Gable Steveson has been removed from the NXT roster.

In the recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter Meltzer reported that Steveson has been removed from the roster and there are currently no plans for Steveson in NXT. Meltzer wrote:

Another interesting note is that Steveson has been officially removed from the NXT roster. I don’t know what that means past that’s happened and there are no plans for him in NXT at this moment.

Despite his removal from the roster, the WWE website still lists him as an NXT wrestler, adding to the confusion surrounding his status. It remains unclear whether this discrepancy is a temporary oversight or a deliberate move by WWE to keep Steveson’s future plans under wraps.

Gable Steveson’s recent accomplishments have been nothing short of remarkable. He showcased his dominance in two events leading up to the Senior World Championships, securing victories in the national championships and the Final X. These achievements earned him the approval of WWE for his participation in these prestigious tournaments.

However, the decision for Steveson to withdraw from the upcoming Senior World Championships has raised eyebrows. Wrestling fans and industry insiders are left speculating about the reasons behind this unexpected move.

What Has Gable Steveson Done In WWE?

Currently, Gable Steveson has only had one match on NXT when he faced Baron Corbin at the Great American Bash event. Prior to this, Steveson had only been featured in segments on NXT and SmackDown. He made his first appearance for the company at WrestleMania 38, when he was introduced by Stephanie McMahon.

In recent news, multiple WWE Superstars, including Gable Steveson, made their in-ring returns at live events.
