WWE Hall Of Famer Says Goldberg Should Face This Raw Superstars In His Final Match

Bill Goldberg’s highly anticipated WWE retirement match is beginning to take shape, with new details about his potential opponent and the event in which it might occur.

During an appearance on the SEC Network before the Florida vs. Georgia NCAA game on November 2nd, Goldberg announced that his retirement match will take place in 2025, naming World Heavyweight Champion Gunther as the top candidate for his final opponent.

This revelation has sparked excitement among fans, especially since Goldberg made a surprise return at WWE Bad Blood earlier this year, where he confronted Gunther in a tense segment.

Despite the buzz surrounding a potential match, there is currently no confirmed date.

According to the latest F4WOnline Daily Update, Dave Meltzer clarified that the Goldberg vs. Gunther match is not scheduled for the 2025 Royal Rumble PLE, leaving fans wondering when the showdown might finally happen.

WWE has announced that injured Superstar Rhea Ripley will be part of their upcoming European tour in March 2025.

On November 4th, the company revealed an 11-city tour across the UK and Europe, which will feature its first Monday Night Raws in the UK since 2019 and the first Friday Night SmackDowns since 2023.

The tour will showcase several top stars just weeks ahead of WrestleMania 41.

In the official press release, WWE highlighted Ripley among other major names, including Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER, Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan, and Seth Rollins.

However, her inclusion is unexpected as she has been sidelined with a fractured orbital bone and was previously written off WWE programming.

While there’s no official update on when Ripley will return to the ring, her presence in the promotional material has fans hopeful for a comeback.
