This morning saw the continuation of NJPW’s 30th annual G1 Climax tournament with the fifth set of five tournament matches. Matches that included Kazuchika Okada taking on the man who he dethroned in Madison Square Garden to capture his 5th IWGP Heavyweigh Championship in 2019, Jay White. The night also saw a rematch of the BOSJ classic between ‘The Assassin’ Will Ospreay and LIJ’s newest member Shingo Takagi.
