The total viewership and demo ratings for the latest instalment of Friday Night SmackDown have been revealed.
As reported by Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, the June 10th edition of Friday Night SmackDown pulled in an average of 1,914,000 viewers. That included a 0.44 rating in the 19-49-year-old demographic.
This is an slight decrease on the previous week when the show drew 1,939,000 viewers with a 0.47 rating in the key demographic.
The June 19th episode of SmackDown opened with the Money in the Bank qualifiers between Drew McIntyre and Sheamus, and Lacey Evans and Xia Li. In the first bout, McIntyre and Sheamus battled to a double disqualification after they tried to hit the other with steel chairs. After a wild brawl, both men asked Adam Pearce to be added to the match, although no decision was given.
In the other qualifying bout, Lacey Evans picked up the win in her first match in more than a year.
Elsewhere, Ronda Rousey defeated Shotzi, before being attacked by Natalya. After the attack, WWE announced that Rousey had suffered a “serious injury.”
In the main event, Riddle pinned Sami Zayn to earn a shot at Roman Reigns and the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship on June 17th.
