The total viewership and demo ratings for the latest instalment of Friday Night SmackDown have been revealed.
As reported by Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, the July 29th edition of Friday Night SmackDown pulled in 2,193,000 viewers with a 0.52 rating in the 18-48-year-old demographic.
By contrast the previous week’s episode drew 2,256,000 with a 0.62 rating in the key demographic.
The July 29th edition of SmackDown began with a wild match between Drew McIntyre and Sheamus. In the end it was The Scot who scored the win after driving his rival through a table and following it up with a Claymore Kick.
With victory, McIntyre booked himself a shot at the Undisputed Universal Championship at Clash At The Castle.
Elsewhere on the show, Shotzi defeated Aliyah before Ronda Rousey teamed with Liv Morgan to defeat Sonya Deville and Natalya. In the main event, Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar continued the build to SummerSlam.
