Former WWE Women’s Champion Open For In-Ring Return: “Right Place, Right Time”

11-Time Champion In WWE & TNA Hints At In-Ring Comeback

Former WWE Women’s Champion open for a return.

Last seen wrestling on 12th September 2024 in a tag-team match against Havok & Mila Moore, veteran Mickie James and Shelly Benson won their bout at IWR 31: Aftermath. However, since then, James has not wrestled.

Recently, James joined WWE’s LFG(Legends and Future Greats) as a coach, and has continued teasing her comeback inside the squared circle. An 11-time champion in both TNA and WWE, James is arguably one of the most decorated wrestlers of all-time.

Recently speaking with Gabby LaSpisa on Gabby AF, James discussed her time at LFG, and her possible in-ring return. Not brushing away the chances, she said,

“Absolutely. I think right place, right time, right moment. The season’s coming up, so I’m like, oh, maybe some free time on the horizon.”

While these are only her comments, there has been no official update on Mickie James’ wrestling return.

Former WWE Champion Ezekiel Jackson Discusses Decade-Long Wrestling Return

Former WWE Intercontinental Champion Ezekiel Jackson is set to make his decade-long in-ring return. With his match coming up in the next few days, Jackson has now opened up on his thoughts about the return.

“Man, I’m always open. Again, I love the life I have now. The flexibility of stuff within the last ten years that meant a lot to me was being there for every birthday for my kids and my wife and anniversary and for my son’s basketball, then he switched to football games, my daughter is a theater person, I’ve been to every play two or three times. Those are the things that were really important to me and still is. Again, being under contract is different as compared to deciding to take a couple of shows here and there. Again, it’s there if god willing, we’ll see.”
