A former WWE Women’s Champion breaks silence following the attack on Jade Cargill.

On the 22nd November episode of SmackDown, one-half of the women’s tag-team Champion Cargill suffered a brutal attack in the SmackDown parking lot. Fans witnessed chaos break during the women’s United States Champion tournament match amidst Chelsea Green, Blair Davenport, and Bianca Belair.

Soon after, a wounded Cargill would be found on top of a car. However, as fans started guessing who the mystery attacker was, several pointed their fingers toward Naomi. Trolls on the internet began blaming the former SmackDown women’s champion for the ambush.

However, after hours of receiving the blame, Naomi has finally opened up and addressed the accusations. Clearing her side, she shared the following statement on X (Twitter):

and when my name is cleared I expect my timeline to be flooded with apologies from accusers bc I DID NOT try to end my sis!”

Eyebrows were also raised on Nia Jax, who instantly refused such allegations. The promotion has yet to find out the name behind the ambush, and the details on Cargill’s current medical status have been recently shared.

Hours after she was attacked on SmackDown, the promotion shared the latest details on Jade Cargill’s injury. The report read:

BREAKING: Jade Cargill has been diagnosed with the following injuries: Deep Lumbar Paraspinal Muscle Contusions, Bruised Kidney, Sprained MCL in her right knee, Tibial Plateau Bone Bruise of her right knee, Facial Lacerations. There is no timetable for her return.”

While they removed Cargill from the women’s US Title tournament, her status for the upcoming WarGames match is not known yet.

In a further update, Jade Cargill is dealing with a legitimate injury.
