Former WWE Tag Team Coming To ROH, Video Package Airs

A recent development has seen the former WWE duo, once known as Maximum Male Models, making waves as they prepare to debut in Ring of Honor.

During the recent Ring of Honor TV episode, a vignette for the MxM Collection aired, marking the anticipated arrival of the former Mace and Mansoor in ROH. The duo has chosen to embrace their former male models personas, with Mace adopting his new name, Mason Madden, while Mansoor retains his original moniker.

Since their release from WWE in September 2023, the duo has continued to showcase their talents on the independent circuit, reviving their MxM gimmick in various promotions. Rumours emerged last month suggesting their potential appearance at an ROH taping, hinting at a possible collaboration with the promotion.

The recent Ring of Honor TV episode not only teased the impending debut of MxM but also unveiled the first two matches set for the upcoming Death Before Dishonor pay-per-view scheduled for Friday, July 26th.

Who Else Did WWE Release In September 2023?

WWE not only released Mace and Mansoor in September 2023 but they also released the likes of Dana Brooke, Dabba Kato, Shanky, Shelton Benjamin and Dolph Ziggler. The company not only released on-air talent but also released backstage and office personnel following the merger with Endeavor to form TKO Group Holdings Inc.

In other WWE news, announcer Wade Barrett looked back on a match against a Hall of Famer which did not go as planned.
