A former WWE star has teased a massive comeback, 210 days since his release from the company.
Rezar, who was part of the tag team Authors of Pain, alongside Akam. The stars were part of the Final Testament in WWE alongside Karrion Kross, Scarlett Bordeaux, and longtime manager Paul Ellering. The Authors of Pain, along with Ellering, were released from the company on February 7, 2025, 210 days ago. This was their second stint with the promotion, after their last one, which lasted from 2016 to 2020, ended amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
The stars had their last WWE match on December 29, 2024, in a house show where they teamed up with Kross and Bordeaux to take on The Wyatt Sicks. Since their departure from WWE, both Akam and Rezar have been away from the squared circle. Now, Rezar has dropped a massive tease about his return.

Taking to social media, former WWE star Rezar dropped a massive tease about returning to wrestling. The star stated that he was back and that there would be some huge news at 9 AM ET.

It remains to be seen whether Rezar’s longtime tag team partner, Akam, will also join in on the big announcement.
The Authors of Pain’s former stable leader, Karrion Kross, also left WWE recently under some controversial circumstances. The star’s contract expired with the promotion on August 10, and both he and his wife, Scarlett, left the promotion afterward. While many in the industry thought it was a work, Kross has stated categorically that it was not a work and that his time with World Wrestling Entertainment had indeed come to an end.
Before his exit, Karrion Kross was enjoying some huge success in WWE and was on his way to becoming a top star with the reception he was receiving. Many fans, both online and in arenas around the world, were clamoring to see more of him in the ring as his backstage promos and interactions with other stars gained him a lot of stardom. However, his rise in WWE came to a grinding halt after losing his last match at SummerSlam to Sami Zayn.
