Former WWE Star Challenges KSI To Boxing Match

KSI

At Creator Clash 2, former WWE star John Morrison made his boxing debut against Harley Morenstein of ‘Epic Meal Times’ fame.

Now in its second year, Creator Clash is a charity event that sees content creators clashing in the boxing ring.

The first event saw Morenstein defeat Arin Hanson of Game Grumps by TKO in the second round. Afterwards, he claimed he had only used “20% of his ability” and wanted someone bigger next time.

In January, it was announced that bigger person would be Morrison.

The fight turned out to be something of a one-sided affair with Morrison controlling most of the action and scoring knockdowns in the first two rounds, including knocking him through the ropes to the floor in the first.

In the third round, he finished things with a big right hand for the knockout.

John Morrison calls out KSI

In his post-match interview, Morrison already had his sights set on his next fight. After ruling out YouTuber turned pro wrestler Logan Paul and his brother Jake, he turned his attention to the man who beat Logan, KSI.

“So, when I’m trying to think about who to call out, Jake? Logan? No, Jake got beat, Logan got beat by KSI, which is why I’m going to put KSI on blast right now.”

KSI first made his name as a YouTube star, starting off his channel with commentary on the FIFA video games. He now also vlogs and posts comedy videos, and has amassed over 24 million subscribers on YouTube alone.

In 2018, he entered the world of celebrity boxing and has taken on Logan Paul twice, with the first ending in a majority draw while the second saw him take the victory via split decision.

On top of this, the star co-founded Thirst-Quencher Prime-Hydration alongside Paul.

At WrestleMania 39, he accompanied Paul to the ring for his match against Rollins disguised as a PRIME mascot. He tried to help Paul to victory, but ended up on the receiving end of a splash onto the announce table after Rollins rolled switched places with him.
