A serious injury has ruled out a former WWE NXT Champion.
On tonight’s 09/30 episode of RAW, an important medical update was announced. During a segment on tonight’s episode, RAW announcer Joe Tessitore announced that ex-NXT champion Ilja Dragunov is now ruled out with an injury.
Over the weekend on 09/28, Ilja Dragunov faced off against Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship in a live house show. Alongside suffering a defeat against The Ring General, Dragunov also suffered a torn meniscus. The Mad Dragon is now expected to be out for six to nine months.

WWE Hall Of Famer Pete Rose Passes Away At 83
As per the report from TMZ, baseball legend and WWE Hall of Famer Pete Ross passed away at the age of 83 on September 30th. The legend died in his home in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Apart from his impeccable baseball achievements, Rose is also widely known for his brief stint in the Stamford-based promotion. Inducted into the 2004 class of Hall of Fame, Rose later returned to the promotion in 2010 as the host of RAW.
