A WWE faction has reformed in GCW.
At the promotion’s most recent PPV, Now And Forever at the Temple Live Asylum Room in Cleveland, Ohio, on August 2nd, the artist formerly known as Jinder Mahal, Raj Dhesi took on Effy.
The match was set up following Dhesi’s surprise appearance in the indie promotion the day after his 90-day non-compete clause ended.
After revealing he was “Hindered no more. 90 days are up,” on social media on July 18th he attacked the GCW favourite, Effy for maximum impact.
The promotion then announced that Dhesi would perform at several shows with his debut being against Effy.
Toward the end of the match, two hooded figures jumped Dhesi’s opponent. As Dhesi showed the fans the middle finger the masked assailants revealed themselves to be his former running buddies, the Singh Brothers.

Also known as the Bollywood Boyz, the brothers were closely affiliated with Dhesi during their time together in WWE.
In 2017, the brother helped Jinder Mahal shock the wrestling world by capturing the WWE Championship from Randy Orton.
During the Maharaja’s reign, he was supported by the Singh Brothers who often served as his cannon fodder against his opponents. However, the group disbanded after Mahal lost the title to AJ Styles in Manchester, UK.
The brothers were released from WWE in 2021 and returned to the indie scene and have now joined forces with Dhesi once again.
