A former champion in WWE clapped back at a fan after her previous gimmick was heavily criticized.
Chelsea Green, who was the inaugural United States Champion, stayed true to her title win and character and introduced a new America-related gimmick where even her attire resembled the American flag. She also introduced the Secret HerVice, which includes Alba Fyre and Piper Niven. However, the gimmick did not sit well with one fan who lashed out at it online.
“All this s**t going on and i see chelsea f**king green doing this f*ck a*s america act. girl not the time.”
The fan was probably referencing the global tensions between Iran and the USA.

Chelsea Green asked the WWE fan to “keep up”
In a brutal retort to the fan, she asked her to “keep up” as she has not been doing the gimmick since losing the title to Zelina Vega. The former Women’s United States Champion said the following:
“I haven’t been doing this “f*ck a*s America act” since I lost the title. Keep up.”

Green also commented later in the thread that it was a light-hearted gimmick and should be taken that way.
“Every single week I made sure it was comedy & more importantly, like you said, light hearted. We perform weekly to take your mind off of reality, not to harp on the negativity of the real world. It’s crazy to think otherwise… but to try to take it to social media to “cancel” someone? Not today.”

Green was in action against Charlotte Flair on the latest episode of WWE SmackDown. It remains to be seen what the future holds for her.
