Former NXT Superstar Bronson Reed – now known as Jonah – made his first appearance on IMPACT one to remember as he brutally attacked former IMPACT World Champion Josh Alexander at Turning Point.

Prior to the main event of Turning Point which would see Moose defend the IMPACT World Championship against Eddie Edwards, former champion Josh Alexander was announcing his intention to be at ringside to watch the bout when unfamiliar music hit.

Jonah then made his shocking appearance to take down the ‘Walking weapon’. He followed up with multiple sentons before climbing to the top rope and hitting a splash on the now bloody Alexander.

Jonah left the ring, only to come back for another splash from the top, this time onto Alexander and the officials tending to him. Jonah then wiped some of the former champion’s blood across his chest before leaving.

Turning Point was Jonah’s second wrestling appearance since leaving WWE, as he also debuted for NJPW at Battle In The Valley on November 13th, where he decimated Juice Robinson and David Finlay.

Jonah is best known for his time in NXT where he competed from 2019 until 2021. During his time in the company, he had several memorable feuds, most notably with Johnny Gargano, the man he defeated to win his only title in the company, the NXT North American Championship. He would go on to hold the belt for 42 days.

Jonah was released from NXT, along with several other members of the roster, on August 6th, 2021.
