Anthony Mayweather is best known to wrestling fans as former TNA World Tag Team Champion Crimson. The star boasted an impressive run early in his career in IMPACT Wrestling (then known as TNA), remaining undefeated for 470 days before finally suffering a loss to James Storm in 2012.
However, the star’s on-screen accomplishments are marred by his personal life, as in 2016 he was arrested and went to jail on charges of domestic abuse when he headbutted his wife. Now, it appears his legal troubles stemming from this assault charge are continuing as according to Clarksville Today, he was once again arrested this week after it was found that he’d violated a protective order in place.
The report states that after conducting a welfare check on February 24th, police found that Mayweather had made multiple calls to his son’s phone and had also sent numerous texts to his estranged wife Heather Mayweather, with some taking place while police were present. Because of this, a warrant was issued for his arrest, and he was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 8th. The Nashville resident’s bond has been set at $1000.

Mayweather signed with IMPACT Wrestling in 2010, beginning his undefeated streak that would end at Slammiversary in June of 2012. He then began working with the company’s developmental promotion Ohio Valley Wrestling, where he competed until suffering a torn meniscus in July of 2013.
He made his return to IMPACT in 2015 and fought in various feuds before exiting and returning for a brief period in 2017.
