A former WWE, AEW, and ROH, and current IMPACT star may soon be trading the squared circle for the boxing ring!

Bobby Fish appears to be the latest crossover star in the world of professional wrestling.

Fish, a former two-time NXT Tag Team Champion, has been teased as being part of the card for the anticipated Floyd Mayweather vs. Deji fight. Hyped as a “former ROH champion, former AEW superstar, former WWE champion, and the first pro wrestler since CM Punk to sign for a major combat sports organisation”, Bobby Fish’s build matches the blacked-out render perfectly.

The card is scheduled for Sunday, 13 November from Dubai’s Coca-Cola Arena.

As well as professional wrestling, where he masters the art of strong strikes, Bobby Fish has a background in kickboxing, hence his wrestling style. Prior to his January 2010 debut, Fish trained under Jerrick Jones, and subsequently broke the nose of Justin Pierpoint when competing for the Cage Wars organisation.

Despite the controversy surrounding his exit from AEW and comments regarding CM Punk, Bobby Fish remains an acclaimed in-ring athlete. In total, he’s a 10-time Tag Team Champion, with eight of those reigns coming alongside reDRagon Kyle O’Reilly.

Fish is next scheduled to compete on Friday, 7 October when he makes his IMPACT Wrestling in-ring debut as part of the annual Call Your Shot gauntlet at Bound For Glory.
