Former AEW star Brock Anderson is gearing up for a new chapter in his wrestling career as he prepares to make his debut for Major League Wrestling.
This announcement, made by MLW, comes on the heels of his recent appearance backstage at WWE SummerSlam, held last weekend in Cleveland. Brock was spotted backstage accompanying his father, WWE Hall of Famer Arn Anderson, who made a notable return to WWE television.
During the event, Arn was seen speaking with Cody Rhodes ahead of the highly anticipated Bloodline Rules main event against Solo Sikoa. While Brock did not appear on camera, WWE’s CCO Triple H shared a photo of the father-son duo on social media.
Following his time at SummerSlam, Brock has officially signed with MLW, where he will be welcomed into the promotion alongside CW Anderson. The announcement was made during the MLW Never Say Never event, where a video package celebrating the Anderson family legacy aired, featuring highlights of both Arn and Ole Anderson’s storied careers.
CW Anderson most recently competed in the 2024 Battle Riot and was part of the promotion’s original iteration back in 2002.
When Did Brock Anderson Leave AEW?
It was reported in October 2023 that Brock Anderson had exited AEW and later that month Anderson confirmed his departure with a post on his social media accounts. Anderson first joined AEW in 2021 and wrestled mainly on the company’s Dark show with some occasional appearances on Dynamite and Rampage.
