Footage has emerged online of Jeff Hardy’s recent DUI related arrest in Florida.

In the early hours of June 13th, Jeff Hardy was pulled over and arrested by Highway Patrol Officers after the vehicle he was driving had been “swerving” and “running off the road.”

After being pulled over, Hardy was arrested and according to Volusia County jail records, was charged with Driving While License Canceled/Suspended/Revoked, Violation of Restrictions Placed on Drivers License, and DUI Alcohol/Drugs Third Offense within 10 Years.

Meanwhile, TMZ Sports have now obtained footage of the arrest, which sees officers aim their guns at Hardy after he appeared not to comply with their instructions.

However, once out of the car, Hardy undertook the required sobriety tests without incident. In the footage, the former World Champion mumbles and whispers while talking with the officers, and appears unsteady on his feet. During the exchange, Hardy admits to drinking shots of Fireball before getting in the vehicle.

After Hardy was unable to satisfactorily complete the sobriety tests, he was placed under arrest.

It has since been reported that officers administered two breath tests on the AEW star, his first sample read 0.294 blood-alcohol content, while his second read 0.291. The legal limit to drive in Florida is .08, making Hardy’s level of blood alcohol almost four times the legal limit.

AEW has yet to issue any comment on Hardy’s latest arrest but he has been pulled from advertising for the upcoming Road Rager event where he was supposed to take part in a three-way ladder match for the AEW World Tag Team Title.

Reports have suggested that AEW has also requested that Warner Media pull Jeff Hardy off any advertising for the company for the time being.
