Finn Balor To Have “Significant” Plans Moving Forward

Finn Balor

A current WWE Monday Night Raw star is reportedly gearing up for a significant push going forward, six years after they last held a top championship.

Finn Balor joined WWE’s main roster in the summer of 2016 after one of the most acclaimed NXT runs ever. Embarking on the second-longest NXT Championship reign – the longest until Adam Cole’s 2019/20 run – ‘The Prince’ came to Monday Night Raw with real excitement surrounding him.

An injury sustained at SummerSlam 2016 ended this, though, as he was forced to vacate the Universal Championship after holding it for just 24 hours. He’s failed to ever achieve these heights since, barely escaping the mid-card.

Per credible Twitter source WrestleVotes, this may soon change. They’ve reported that Finn Balor is due to be involved in “significant plans” moving forward, though exact details weren’t divulged.

Right now, Finn is leading The Judgement Day, joined by Rhea Ripley, Damian Priest, and Dominik Mysterio after replacing Edge as the group’s leader this past June. A rivalry against Dominik, Rey Mysterio, and ‘The Rated R Superstar’ had encompassed his past few months until Dominik joined the group.

Finn Balor is next scheduled to face Edge in an I Quit match at Extreme Rules, following the WWE Hall of Famer’s return on the past episode of Monday Night Raw.
