Fans interrupted the latest episode of AEW Collision.
In the first match of the 21st December episode of Collision, Ricochet defeated Will Ospreay in a Continental Classic – Gold League Match. However, before the match could begin, fans at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York went crazy.
Welcoming Ospreay to the ring with streamers, the pumped-up fans present paid their respect to Ospreay. Japanese wrestling fans use a similar method to show respect to the wrestlers when they throw in ribbons.
However, while Ospreay was welcomed with streamers, fans had other plans for Ricochet. Showing signs of a heel turn for some weeks now, fans welcomed Ricochet with multiple rolls of toilet paper thrown in the ring.

Enjoying the scene, Ospreay had to roll out of the ring laughing hard, while Ricochet did not appreciate the act. The former WWE star threw a roll back at the stars while using another in his offense against Ospreay.
Continuing his winning streak in AEW, Ospreay has now lost to Ricochet while losing to Darby Allin earlier this week on Dynamite.
A Former AEW Star Is Intrigued To Watch Toni Storm’s Current Character Arc
On the December 11th episode of Dynamite’s ‘Winter is Coming’, Toni Storm made her long-awaited return to the Jacksonville-based promotion. Ditching her ‘Timeless’ gimmick, Storm has gone back to her Rockstar character, but with a new twist.
Seemingly forgotten about her past moments in the promotion, Toni Storm has been acting like she has not been there for the past three years. Intrigued by her current character work, former AEW star Matt Hardy opened up on his interest in watching her on his The Extreme Life Of Matt Hardy podcast.
It is interesting. It’ll be interesting to see how they follow up on it. I did see those clips on social media — I’m intrigued to see where they go with it, if it is like two separate split personalities or does she have no knowledge that she was Timeless Toni Storm. I don’t know, we’ll see which way they go with it. I feel like what’s important is that they just follow up and whatever path they end up choosing, they stay very consistent with it.”
