Dirty Dango, the former Fandango of WWE, has debuted for IMPACT Wrestling, answering Brian Myers’ open challenge at Bound For Glory!
Fandango is in IMPACT Wrestling, at least for now.
The former NXT Tag Team Champion, who now wrestles as Dirty Dango, answered Brian Myers’ open challenge for the IMPACT Digital Media Championship during the Bound For Glory pre-show. It’s currently unknown if Dango will be a fixture in IMPACT moving forward or if this was a one-off surprise for the Albany faithful.

Brian Myers ultimately defeated Dirty Dango to retain the Digital Media Championship, downing him after a Roster Cut clothesline.
The real-life Curtis Jonathan Hussey spent fifteen years with WWE, being assigned to WWE’s then-developmental territory Deep South Wrestling in 2006. Throughout his run, Fandango, formerly known as Johnny Curtis, wrestled primarily in the mid-card, though he did attain a WrestleMania victory over Chris Jericho in 2013.
He was let go from WWE in June 2021, having maintained a busy independent schedule ever since. Outside of his IMPACT debut and one appearance for Game Changer Wrestling, Fandango’s only mainstream showings post-WWE came in the National Wrestling Alliance, where he has been a semi-regular fixture since late 2021.
