The recent episode of WWE NXT saw a shocking betrayal and dismissal of a popular faction’s member.
In a rather bizarre twist, Brooks Jensen has been kicked out of The Culling. Brooks, whose real name is Ben Buchanan, is the son of former WWE star Bull Buchanan.
The incident occurred during last night’s episode during a locker room segment that saw Jensen discussing with his stablemates, Shawn Spears and Niko Vance, before their match. Seemingly out of nowhere, he was struck in the back by the fourth member of the group, Izzi Dame.
Spears and Vance expressed their shock, to which Dame replied that he was not fully committed to The Culling and hence he was out. She also told the remaining members that their match would happen next week.

What makes this public dismissal strange is that there were seemingly no rising tensions within the group, nor a scenario that showed Brooks was not dedicated to the group.
What’s Next For Brooks Jensen After Removal From WWE Faction?
The ousted WWE star seems to be in shock at the betrayal and took to X (FKA Twitter) to express the same. He posted a picture at the airport with the caption, ” I have to take some time.”

Brooks Jensen was the first member recruited for the group when Spears convinced him to turn on Josh Briggs. He was seen as a cornerstone of the faction, which makes his dismissal puzzling.
While there are plenty of speculations on why this incident happened, with many suggesting that it could be for a character change, it will definitely be intriguing to see how Jensen will be brought back.
