A former WWE star looks set to appear on AEW programming very soon.
Released from his contract in September 2023, Elias has since worked on the independents and has yet to sign with a major promotion. However, as seen in a new video, the former wrestler and musician now known as Elijah has aligned himself with a tag team seen on AEW and ROH programming.
In a video posted to his Instagram page, Elijah is seen meeting The Righteous in a cemetery with the narrator stating that they are of “one mind and one spirit” while also “spreading their message of truth.”
Paying homage to his previous catchphrase of “Walk with Elias”, the video ends with the narrator asking “Who wants to run with The Righteous Ones?”
No further details have been provided as to when Elijah will make his onscreen debut. However, the former WWE star has also teased appearances in other promotions by mentioning the companies in the caption.
Vincent and Dutch, collectively known as The Righteous, have predominantly competed on ROH TV in recent weeks while making the occasional appearance on AEW. Their most recent televised match took place at Final Battle, which saw The Righteous unsuccessfully challenge Dustin Rhodes and Sammy Guevara for the ROH Tag Team Championships in a Texas Bullrope match.

With Elijah being known by WWE fans due to his previous run in the company, many would not be surprised to hear that Tony Khan may be looking to sign him to a deal with AEW. In a previous interview, Elijah commented on if he was interested in signing with AEW.
